Samantha Padfield

Samantha graduated from the University of Western Sydney in New South Wales having completed her Combined Degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (double major of English Literature and Social Psychology). She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004 following completion of her Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies, College of Law NSW. Samantha was then admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in late 2004 under the mutual recognition scheme.

Since relocating back to Perth to be with family in mid 2004, Samantha has been employed in a number of reputable small Family Law firms where she has gained invaluable experience.

Samantha joined Bannerman Solicitors in  September 2010. Sam is also a member of Family Law Practitioners' Association of Western Australia.

Since her admission, Samantha has practised exclusively in the area of family law, building her expertise in the areas of children's matters, property settlements and divorce applications. Samantha regularly acts as Counsel in the Family Court of Western Australia in Family law matters and the Perth Children's Court. Her litigation experience varies from complex financial and property matters to the intricate children matters.

Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband, her extended family and friends.
